She specializes in child welfare advocacy, family systems, and trauma-informed approaches. Additionally, her extensive background includes leadership roles in residential, community-based, and foster care programs. Deborah is passionate about ensuring high-quality services and promoting program growth, including grants. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching her son play basketball, reading on the beach, and caring for her two dogs. She believes trauma-informed, relational approaches drive meaningful change.
